We have 13 models that will fit on a 40' x 100' lot, add  this to another 16 models that will fit on a 50' x 100' lot and you now have 29 models that will fit on the 50' x 100' lot.  Now add to these 29 models the additional 7 models that will on fit on a 60' x 100' lot and you have a total of 36 models to choose from.
