If a purchase is transacted we agree, under the following conditions, to pay to your Broker-in-Charge a co-broke commission of 3% of the base price, less applicable discounts. REGISTRATION PROGRAM GUIDELINES AND CONDITIONS:

We appreciate you referring your client(s) to Sells & Associates. If a purchase is transacted we agree, under the following conditions, to pay to your Broker-in-Charge a co-broke commission of 3% of the base price, less applicable discounts. Your broker receives your commission after the home has closed and is funded.

Coordinating Broker/Associate must accompany client(s) on their first visit.
A sale must be completed within six months of the registration date.
Buyers are limited to purchasing one Sells & Associates home per household/family.
Each and every buyer signing the sales contract must visit Sells & Associates and personally select their floor plan.
Coordinating Broker/Associate may not represent models in any manner other than through published/approved Sells & Associates literature.
Broker/Associate, who is registering a client, is not a subagent of Sells & Associates and does not represent Sells & Associates in any transaction.
If more than one Broker/Associate has registered the same client, the commission will be paid only to the Broker/Associate who was the procuring cause as determined by Sells & Associates in its discretion.
Cooperating Broker/Associate must have an active real estate license at the time that the referral fee is earned and the fee is paid.
Anyone eligible for a Sells & Associates employee discount is not eligible to participate in the Broker Participation Program.
These conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Florida.
You are eligible for the commission if your client is a new lead and is not already registered with us.
